The subject matter of Economics has undergone rapid change over the last two decades, driven by new technologies and methods of production and distribution. Several economies have embarked on new paradigms to improve the welfare of their people. The theoretical underpinnings are continually re-examined and re-tested to assess their validity in a changing global environment. At this juncture, it is imperative to foster a common dialogue among young minds to rethink development approaches. Following the successful inaugural Meeting of Young Minds in February 2024 and the Second Annual Meeting of Young Minds in February 2025, we are now gearing up for the 3rd Meeting of Young Minds, an exciting and engaging gathering of future leaders in economics.
